Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing sales, product support, and logistical services to clients. You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner, generate sales quotations, maintain client product profiles, and manage client orders and documentation. This role is critical in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and supporting sales targets.

Location: Golden, CO (Phenova) Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Full-Time, Onsite) Duration: 10/12/2026 12/31/2026 Hours: 40 per week Pay Rate: $29.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and provide sales quotations to prospective clients
• Maintain client profiles and create/distribute ongoing quotations
• Manage pricelists and discount agreements
• Process client orders and prepare documentation for shipments
• Ensure accuracy of product selection and paperwork
• Prepare and complete custom paperwork for shipping
• Handle incoming customer support calls, emails, and web requests
• Fulfill client service functions for international and key accounts
• Perform other sales, client services, and logistical activities as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales Support experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 preferred
• Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously
