Associate Dentist

to join our established dental practice in the White Center area of Seattle. $800 daily minimum/guarantee for the first 90 days

, based on a typical 7-hour clinical day. $700 daily minimum/guarantee permanently after the initial 90-day period. 31% of adjusted production

The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry, including: Comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosis Treatment planning and case presentation Preventive and restorative dentistry Fillings and treatment of dental decay Treatment of cracked and fractured teeth Root canal therapy Extractions and appropriate surgical procedures Diagnosis and treatment of oral disease X-rays and diagnostic interpretation Local anesthesia and appropriate sedation Dental appliance planning Patient education and oral hygiene instruction Post-treatment and aftercare Appropriate medication prescribing Maintaining accurate clinical records Providing exceptional patient-centered care Qualifications

D.D.S. or D.M.D. from a CODA-accredited dental school Current Washington State dental license or eligibility for licensure Current CPR certification Strong clinical skills and sound clinical judgment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Commitment to ethical, high-quality dentistry Ability to work effectively as part of a team New graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
