Required Skills:

• Valid state license in Physical Therapy (PT)
• Proven experience working with pediatric populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement tailored therapy plans
• Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient progress
• Compassionate approach with a patient-centered focus

Nice to Have Skills:

• Pediatric specialty certifications or additional training
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to adapt treatment plans to individual needs
• Bilingual abilities for diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 1-2 years of pediatric therapy experience
• Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work during shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Willingness to travel, if needed, for home visits or outpatient services
• Current state licensure, CPR certification, and background check clearance
