JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Radiation Oncology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Billings, MT 59101 Service Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: ASAP Aug 31, 2027 Shift Schedule: 9 hrs + Call Call Type: Beeper Call Ratio: 1:4 (one week per month) Call Response Time: 20 mins Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 10-15 patients/day Phone Consults: 2-3/day Rounding: Unassigned Patients Case Mix: Radiation Oncology, Medical Oncology, GYN Oncology FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner Trauma Level: I Office Equipment Available: Varian linear accelerators (TrueBeam, Trilogy), Siemens Go Sim CT, Aria EMR, Eclipse treatment planning Specialty Backup Available: Medical Oncology, Gynecologic Oncology, Physics, Dosimetry Support Staff: 2 RNs PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: No Temporary Privileges Available: No JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE Licenses: MT or IMLC Certifications: BLS Fellowship: Required Duties & Responsibilities Provide radiation oncology consultations, follow-ups, and treatment visits. Participate in tumor board conferences. Take call on a rotating schedule (one week per month). Develop and implement treatment plans using advanced techniques (IMRT, IGRT, etc.). Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including medical and gynecologic oncology. by Jobble
