Practice Overview

• Hospital-based Anatomic and Clinical Pathology position with a broad general case mix
• Join an experienced, collegial pathology team with strong operational support

Schedule

• Full-time Monday through Friday schedule
• Standard hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm- NO CALL
• Predictable workweek supporting work-life balance
• Structure focused on efficient, high-quality diagnostic care

Compensation & Benefits

• Employed position with a starting salary of 425,000+ negotiable based on experience
• 50,000 sign-on bonus with up to 10,000 in relocation assistance
• Up to 30,000 in student loan repayment
• Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
• Retirement plan with match, PTO, paid holidays, CME time, 5,500 CME allowance, and malpractice with tail

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology
• Open to experienced physicians and 2026 graduates
• Eligible for H1B and J1 visa sponsorship
