Learning & Development Manager — Onboarding & Content

Lennar in Miami is seeking a Training and Development Manager to lead content design, onboarding, and scalable learning systems for the Title and Escrow domain. You will partner with SMEs and leaders to build engaging modules and maintain a centralized library for current processes. Responsibilities include needs analysis, tracking training metrics, and delivering programs ahead of new systems adoption.
