Position Overview We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener) to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting , not management. Key Responsibilities Engage with homeowners in assigned areas (door-to-door outreach) Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team Clearly communicate the value of our services to potential clients Track your daily activity and performanceRepresent the company with professionalism and energy in the field Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required) Exclusive Benefits for Top Performers Base Pay : Guaranteed $600 per week Includes performance bonuses, and overrides on solar & roofing installs based on team results and production.
