Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate and engaging personal care services, offering assistance, support, and companionship.
- Administer or help with medication for residents in accordance with their Care Plans.
- Monitor residents' well-being, engage with them, and report any changes in their condition or Care Plans.
- Motivate your colleagues and work alongside the Health Services Director to evaluate and document resident assessments at specified intervals.
USD $34.75 - USD $41.75 per hour.
Compensation DisclosureThe salary range provided reflects the potential earnings for this position and does not account for bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefits package. Offers will take into consideration factors such as experience, qualifications, location, community size (if applicable), certifications, and training. Our organization regularly reviews and updates compensation ranges.
Qualifications- You possess a positive outlook and enjoy working with others!
- You are a graduate from a state-approved nursing school.
- You hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse or Practical/Vocational Nurse.
- You have at least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, acute, or long-term care settings.
