Director, Site Supply Chain

We're partnering with a global advanced manufacturing organization to identify a Director, Site Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a large, complex manufacturing site. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, procurement strategy, supplier performance, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead site-wide supply chain strategy across procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and supplier performance. Develop and execute cost reduction, supplier management, and inventory optimization initiatives. Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and executive leadership to ensure supply continuity and operational performance. Lead negotiations for strategic supplier agreements and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain organization. Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while establishing KPIs and best practices. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Sourcing within semiconductor or advanced manufacturing . Proven success leading end-to-end supply chain operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Experience managing leaders and building high-performing teams.
