• Licensure/Certifications: ACLS & BLS (Required); CCRN (Preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience; Epic experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, managing complex health conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and life-support interventions
• Document care accurately in Epic EHR system
• Assist with cross-unit float assignments, including MICU, Neuro, TICU, or Burn units
• Support weekend and holiday rotations to ensure continuous patient coverage

What You Need:

• Required:
• Valid RN license for Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications
• Epic electronic health record experience preferred
• Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts
• Preferred:
• CCRN certification
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:2
• Flexibility to float to other ICU units
• Comfortable working Navy blue scrubs
