Installation Coordinator

To ensure efficient field service operations, the remote Installation Coordinator will manage the scheduling and assignment of contract work orders, monitor at-risk assignments, and process approvals, all while maintaining quality and cost standards. Key responsibilities Manage task load associated with scheduling and assigning contract work orders to meet service level requirements Monitor and triage at-risk contract work orders using predefined tooling Process contract work order approvals for invoice readiness and respond to routine inquiries as a liaison Required qualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience; continued education is a plus Minimum 1 year experience in field services, customer service, scheduling, or related roles Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Scheduling experience is a plus Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools for virtual teams
