Job Description Job Description Staff Physician – Internal Medicine (Health Equity & Value-Based Care Faculty) Location Dallas, Texas Employment Type Full-Time | Direct Hire Position Overview A leading academic healthcare organization in Dallas, Texas is seeking a full-time Staff Physician – Internal Medicine to join an innovative Value-Based Care Clinic while serving as core faculty for an Internal Medicine Health Equity Track. This role combines outpatient Internal Medicine practice, resident education, population health initiatives, and health equity leadership within a collaborative academic environment. The physician will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care while mentoring residents and contributing to quality improvement and community-focused healthcare initiatives.
