Please note: This position requires full time hours Mon-Fri, with rotating Saturday commitment.

As the Parts Sales Specialist, you'll:

• Greet customers and collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online by asking questions to identify a solution, process the order and complete the sale
• Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested
• Process parts requests for internal and external customers
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participates in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled

Must Have:

• Enjoy being customer-facing, positive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication and excellent attendance
• Attention to detail, problem solving skills, customer service skills and recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems a plus
• Ability to handle high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow up
