MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER (LICENSED) LOCATION Frisco, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $50,000 base salary plus tiered commission, with the opportunity to transition into a higher-earning commission structure • Commission-only option available with recoverable draw • Full-time | Direct Hire As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you'll build and grow a referral-driven pipeline by developing lasting relationships with Realtors, builders, financial professionals, and community partners throughout North Texas. Backed by in-house operations and experienced leadership, you'll have greater control over the loan process, faster turnaround times, and the ability to deliver an exceptional borrower experience from application through closing.
