We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative to join our team. This role is located in Westborough, MA / Boston, MA ( 4 days in office expectation).In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocolsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelinesCollaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilitiesMaintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practicesTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferredProfessional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous0-5 years of experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processingAt BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
