Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to best practices and protocols. Role Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans and outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patients' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance nursing skills.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with a commitment to pursue a BSN.
- Previous nursing experience in a relevant setting is advantageous.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
