Financial Center Manager – St Charles and Surrounding Areas Location: Saint Charles, Illinois 60174. Salary: Total Base Pay Range $45,100.00 – $85,600.00 USD annually. Overview The Financial Center Manager (FCM) will participate in a comprehensive, customized onboarding and education program that includes rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred Products, and Sales & Operations management. Upon successful completion of the program, the FCM will be placed in a Financial Center. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete FCMA roadmap, onboarding activities, and the Consultative Selling Skills Certification. Develop and deepen consumer and small business customer relationships by providing a memorable customer experience. Gain knowledge of Fifth Third’s products, services, processes, and internal resources, and use them to guide and lead the team. Apply the consultative sales process to proactively identify clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop an integrated book‑of‑business strategy, ensuring all customers receive a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) and that accounts are assigned to the best banker for ongoing support. Source, develop, coach, and lead a team that reinforces Core Values and business strategies. Cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates proactively with business partners. Participate in outreach activities that benefit the communities served. Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and all related policies and procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities Provide timely, candid, and constructive feedback to employees. Assist in employees’ development and performance improvement, offering challenging opportunities that enhance career growth. Recognize and reward staff accomplishments. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze credit and financial information. Ability to execute and coach sales activities successfully. Business acumen and sound decision‑making abilities. Required to hold S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at time of employment. Working Conditions Normal office environment with periodic travel within the Bancorp footprint for meetings and training.
