NICU - Home Care Nurse (LPN - Days or Nights)

HICU® Health Services LPNs at BAYADA earn a salary of $40-$45 per hour.

BAYADA Home Health Care has immediate opportunities on our HICU® Health Services team for LPNs interested in helping infants and young children transition from the hospital to home in the Harrisburg, PA area! ​

The HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home Nurse works in a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team, delivering quality skilled nursing care to clients at home. As a HICU® nurse, you have the opportunity to deliver quality care to clients and their family for the initial weeks of homecare, while providing extensive training to the family and ongoing care team. Children should live at home, and you can be part of that!​

Compensation & Schedule:

• PT Days or Nights or FT Flex Day/Nights
• Competitive pay ranges
• Part-Time scheduling (16-32 hours/week)
• 2-4 Weekend Shifts per Month
• 2 Holidays per year (1 Summer, 1 Winter)

Qualifications for HICU® Health Services Hospital at Home Nurses:​

• Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Have a least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
• Recent NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care pediatric trach/vent experience required
• Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (demonstrated in home or lab)
