American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Texas Executive Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.Education:Bachelor's degree required.
