Description MRI Tech at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Willamette Falls, OR. The MRI Tech performs Magnetic Resonance examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated MRI equipment, taking into account an individual patient’s special or age‑related needs. Required Qualifications Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist License upon hire. Oregon Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist Temporary License upon hire. National Provider BLS– American Heart Association upon hire. National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months of hire. National Certified MRI Technologist– American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists within 6 months of hire. Notes: (1) New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.
