In this role, you’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors and individuals with disabilities — helping them maintain independence and a better quality of life. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, such as: Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) Light housekeeping and laundry. Meal preparation and nutrition support. Medication reminders. Mobility and exercise assistance. Companionship and emotional support. Running errands and accompanying clients to appointments. What We’re Looking For Previous in-home caregiving experience (PCA, CNA, PCT, HHA) desired Compassionate and dedicated to supporting seniors in the comfort of their own homes Patient, empathetic, and attentive to individual needs Warm, friendly, and able to provide both companionship and professional support Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently in a client’s home Strong communication skills with clients, families, and care teams Willingness to learn and adapt to each client’s unique care plan Maintains a respectful, safe, and clean home environment Excellent bedside manner with a focus on dignity, privacy, and respect Make Every Day Meaningful Join a team that values compassion, respect, and teamwork.
