Assistant National Security Manager

With our continued growth and mission focus we are looking to add an Assistant National Security Manager to our team in the Western region. We’re looking for an Assistant National Security Manager to help support and grow a key national client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, operations, and execution —and wants exposure to large, high-impact accounts. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior account leadership and cross-functional teams to help ensure service excellence, contract compliance, and a strong client experience across a national footprint. This will require frequent travel to various client sites and must be flexible with hours! Support day-to-day client relationships and serve as a secondary point of contact Assist with client business reviews, KPI tracking, and performance reporting Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service consistency and compliance Help support new account startups, transitions, and special projects Track SLAs, staffing metrics, and service trends Assist with billing accuracy, labor budgets, and invoicing support Support growth initiatives, RFPs, presentations, and client site tours Position Requirements Strong communication and organization skills Experience supporting client-facing or operational roles Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance reporting A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a client-first approach The expected hiring range for this position is $100,000- $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and location.
