Position: Account Executive Location: Kihei, HI Pay: $29 to $30/hour Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Employers Options is seeking an Account Executive to join a growing and dynamic team! The Account Executive is responsible for managing property management client relationships, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and delivering high-quality operational, financial, and administrative oversight. The AE serves as the primary representative of the company to clients, vendors, and stakeholders, and plays a critical role in maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency. Job Description Maintain working knowledge of federal regulations (FHA, ADA, FDCPA, anti‑discrimination laws, Coastal Zone Management). Understand and apply federal and Hawaii employment laws (overtime, payroll, taxability, reporting). Manage and interpret property‑related insurance requirements (liability, D&O, workers’ comp, flood, hurricane, etc.). Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles, processes, and financial statements. Communicate financial concepts clearly to non‑financial stakeholders. Develop and manage budgets using trendline and zero‑based methodologies. Apply contract law knowledge and distinguish between proposals and binding agreements. Prepare bid specifications and manage RFPs to ensure competitive vendor selection. Utilize technology and systems to improve operational efficiency and client service. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, board members, vendors, and staff. Provide supervision, training, and support to on‑site management staff.
