Automotive Parts Specialist

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts – West Lebanon, NH

Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM + Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Hours: Approximately 40 hours/week

We're looking for an Automotive Parts Specialist to join our West Lebanon team. If you enjoy cars, solving problems, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Automotive parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn.

What You'll Do

Help retail and commercial customers find the right automotive parts and products

Answer automotive parts and service questions in person and over the phone

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and create a positive experience

Use computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, catalogs, and other technology to research and sell parts

Process sales, cash, credit card, and customer transactions accurately

Maintain inventory, special orders, and backorders

Coordinate and route deliveries to help customers get their parts when they need them

Learn and use Sanel NAPA systems and product resources

Work closely with other team members to solve customer needs and keep the store running smoothly

Follow company safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe workplace

Assist with opening or closing the store as needed after appropriate training

You don't have to know everything about auto parts on day one. We're looking for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and willing to learn.

Have previous automotive, parts, retail, mechanical, or customer service experience

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required

Ability to lift and move automotive parts and supplies up to 40 lbs.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
