LPN and RN positions available Wound Certification paid by the facility (we will cover the cost to get you wound care certified) LPN: Wage ranging from $27.50-$33/hr- based on employment status (full time with benefits or PRN without benefits). Responsibilities: Assess, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed Qualifications: Active LPN or RN license (required) Experience in wound care preferred Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Physical Demands: Standing/Walking: Able to be on feet standing or walking for 10 hours per day. Lifting: Able to lift 60-70 lbs on an occasional basis. Movement: Able to bend, stoop, squat, and twist numerous times a day. Vision & Hearing: Able to see and hear adequately to respond to auditory and visual requests. Communication: Able to speak in a clear, concise voice to communicate with patients, including those who may be hearing impaired.
