As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC’s Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Washington DC supporting the DC area. The role is in‑office and encourages collaboration and support among team members. Job Description Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve a customer’s financial wellbeing and create loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, identify referral opportunities, and execute a defined sales process including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Maintain heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. The following qualifications are preferred. Experience: 1+ years related experience or equivalent product knowledge; high school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $40,500.00 – $67,500.00 (may vary by location, market data, individual skills, experience, and education). This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
