ICU Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse with a strong background in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patient care. This position requires previous travel experience and expertise in managing critical patients effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Trauma Level One facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Participate in patient assessments and care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Schedule

This is a 7A - 7:30P shift, with a total of 48 hours per week available.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU staff experience required.
• Must have experience with trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients.
• Active RN license required; candidates with pending state licenses may be considered.
• Competency test required within 24 hours of submission.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
