Key Responsibilities
Respond to technical support requests through email, chat, phone, or other designated channels
Troubleshoot common software, hardware, account, connectivity, and access issues
Ask effective questions to identify and resolve technical problems
Provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate technical team
Follow established troubleshooting procedures and support documentation
Assist users with account setup, password/access issues, software navigation, and basic configuration
Identify recurring issues and communicate trends or potential improvements to the team
Maintain a professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
Participate in training and learn new systems, applications, and technologies

Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable explaining technical information in simple, understandable terms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic familiarity with computers, software applications, internet connectivity, and common troubleshooting concepts
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work
Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for assistance
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
Must be authorized to work in the United States
