What You'll Do: Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and results.Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards.Develop and implement business strategies that drive sales and growth.Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated, high-performing team.Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.Foster vendor and community relationships to support business success. What We're Looking For: Previous management experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.A degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required.
