Pay Estimated at $20 to $22 per hour (base pay of $18/hour plus tips). We offer WEEKLY Pay for all hourly team members.

Position Overview:
As a Fry Cook / Back of House (BOH) team member, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality food with speed, precision, and consistency. You'll prepare and execute food and sauce recipes according to Starbird standards, while upholding cleanliness and safety protocols at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items using fryers, grills, and ovens
• Follow all recipes and food safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
