• Call only -- 24hr shifts, up to 15 days per month
• 2 - 3 weekends per month -- flexible scheduling
• 4 - 8 patients per shift
• Pediatric inpatient, nursery, high-risk deliveries, and C-sections
• Intubation, central line placement, and vent management required
• C-section and high-risk delivery attendance required
• 30-minute call response time required
