Onsite IT Technician - Field Support & Incident Resolution

TechDigital Group seeks an Onsite Technician to provide hands-on IT support at manufacturing and distribution facilities. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across desktops, printers, scanners, RF devices, and shop floor PCs, while aligning with SLAs and site procedures. Role involves lifecycle maintenance, equipment replacements, AD/Network/NAS integration, incident management, and local project participation.
