Marketing and Communications Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and highly strategic Marketing & Communications Strategist to drive the executive voice of our leadership team. This role is not just about messaging—it’s about shaping narratives that influence customer satisfaction, inspire employees, and engage IT partners and stakeholders. As the architect of our leadership team communications, you will be responsible for crafting high-impact speeches, keynotes, investor briefings, promotional events and thought leadership communications that define our corporate vision. You will work directly with the Directors and VP in the lead team to translate complex strategies into compelling, human-centered stories that resonate across internal and external audiences. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that demands a master storyteller, an elite speechwriter, and a strategic advisor who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Executive Thought Leadership & Speechwriting: Own the organization’s senior leadership voice—craft thought leadership pieces, keynote speeches, investor presentations, and high-profile external communications. Develop narratives that position our leadership team as visionaries and industry influencers within the broader Information Technology Group and the operational segments that we support. Write and edit high-impact speeches, scripts, and strategic announcements for internal and external audiences. Ensure that all messaging is compelling, cohesive, and aligned with our corporate vision and business strategy. Enterprise-Wide Communication Strategy Design and implement a holistic executive communications strategy that enhances leadership impact across employees, customers, and industry stakeholders. Develop frameworks and storytelling approaches that elevate our corporate narrative and bring our strategy to life. Drive internal executive messaging—from all-hands meetings to leadership forums—ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement. Strategic Advisory & Influence Advise and counsel the CEO and executive leadership team on communication strategy, tone, and messaging approaches for key moments. Partner with Investor Relations, PR, and Marketing to align messaging across all go-to-market and corporate initiatives. Navigate crisis communications and sensitive topics with diplomacy and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and representation. Support trade shows, conferences, and community events to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate communication strategies and advertising campaigns to maximize reach and impact. Craft compelling press releases, speeches, and internal communications that align with company objectives and messaging. Intranet Content Management: Write, manage, and update content for the company intranet, ensuring it remains a relevant and engaging resource for employees. Executive Communication Support: Provide writing and communication support for senior leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, tone, and strategy. Organizational Change Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives, helping employees navigate transitions with clarity and confidence. Other: Craft compelling messages, presentations, and materials to help senior leaders effectively communicate vision, priorities, and updates to employees. Qualifications & Expertise 15+ years of executive communications experience, preferably in a corporate, technology, or global business environment. Proven track record as a senior-level executive speechwriter, with experience writing for CEOs or other top-tier executives. Deep expertise in keynote writing, investor messaging, and industry thought leadership. Exceptional ability to translate complex business and technology concepts into compelling narratives. Strong executive presence, ability to influence senior leaders, and confidence working in high-pressure environments. Highly skilled at navigating confidential and sensitive communications with discretion. Experience: Proven experience in media relations, advertising, and event planning. Content Creation and Graphic Design a Big Plus: Proficiency in content creation and graphic design is preferred, with a strong eye for detail and creativity.
