Client Associate

Overview Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? We’re looking for a Client Associate to support our team in Westport, CT. Responsibilities Keep management systems up-to-date with client information Educate clients on account services and capabilities Help prepare reports and other materials for client meetings Collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials Provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities Qualifications Series 7 and 66 licenses not required at time of hiring Ideally 3-5 years of experience in client service within the finance sector College degree, focusing on Finance/Banking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented – nothing gets past you Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Job Details Job Type: Full Time Job Reference #: 339667BR City: Westport, CT Team You’ll be working with the financial services team in Westport, CT, assisting financial advisors and their clients with administrative functions.
