Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serving as the central point of contact between physicians, specialists, and support staff to deliver seamless, well-coordinated patient care. Advocate for patients by assessing, recording, and proactively communicating changes in health status to the medical team to ensure timely interventions. Execute medical orders precisely, transforming physician and nursing directives into safe, high-quality bedside care. Champion discharge planning early, collaborating with the healthcare team to prepare patients and their families for a safe, smooth transition back to their homes. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
