Front Desk Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk to join our team. The Front Desk will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills be able to multitask and have a positive attitude. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests
• Take hotel and restaurant reservations
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations like resolving customer conflicts
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming customer experience
