Warehouse Associate Shift: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM What You Will Do Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling Safe forklift/equipment usage Commitment to One Item, One Bin and Just Face It! best practices Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks Other warehouse duties as assigned What You Will Bring Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT) Pro‑active and self‑motivated mindset Willing to learn from mistakes to increase productivity and accuracy Requires punctual regular and reliable on‑site attendance Ability to learn use of handheld (RF) scanners and operating systems Good oral & written communication skills Team oriented Safety aware and oriented Desire to learn and grow in responsibilities Solid written & oral communication skills with a focus on customer service Able to learn to use a forklift and other general warehouse equipment Completing EDGE in the first 30 days of employment Physical Requirements and Work Environment Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
