Mortgage Loan Closer PositionLiberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking experienced applicants to fill a Mortgage Loan Closer position. This position will be based out of the Hurstbourne office. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Review approved mortgage loans to determine conditions needed prior to closingVerify accuracy and consistency of specifications on documents (title, insurance, tax forms, etc.)Assemble documents for delivery to the title company, broker or lending officer for closingPrepare closing packages/documents/disclosuresEnsure mortgage as a whole, meets all mortgage compliance regulationsOther duties as assigned by the Mortgage Closing Manager or managementQualifications:Ability to multitaskAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesClear and effective written and oral communication skillsAbility to develop a working knowledge of the Loan Origination System and other computer software systemsExperience Level Required:At least 2+ years experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in mortgage closingBenefits and Compensation:Paid HolidaysPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Personal Days)Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) retirement program with matching fundsEmployer paid Group Term Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability InsuranceTuition Reimbursement ProgramLiberty FCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disability/Protected Veteran.
