Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Rep/ Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative support skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

The Customer Service Rep/ Admin will support daily office operations, assist customers and internal teams, manage information accurately, and help keep workflow organized. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Assist with scheduling, order processing, follow-up communication, and general office coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer and business records using internal systems and standard office tools.
- Partner with team members and departments to resolve questions, support workflow, and improve the customer experience.
- Perform general clerical duties to help ensure smooth daily operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17 to $21 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Dallas, TX and surrounding areas.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Handle customer service inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses.
- Complete administrative support tasks such as data entry, document management, and office coordination.
- Maintain organized records and support daily business operations.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members in a professional manner.

- 3 to 5 years of customer service, administrative support, office support, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software, email, data entry, and general computer systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accuracy in a busy office environment.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a business services, administrative, or office support environment.
- Prior experience in a temp-to-hire or fast-paced office setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, order entry systems, or customer database tools.
- Bilingual skills are a plus if relevant to customer needs.
