Quick Facts: Location: Seaside, OR Start Date: 09/09/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: 7am–7pm or 6pm–7am (primarily night shifts) Hours/Week: 12 hours/day, 10–12 shifts/month (flexible) Employment Type: Per Diem / Locum Tenens License/Certs: Active OR License, DEA, BLS, ACLS, PAL, ATLS, NRP (preferred) Experience: BC or BE within 3 years (ABEM preferred); EM experience required Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr Benefits: Competitive pay packages discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with law Licensure, certification, travel reimbursements (when applicable) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide urgent emergency care in a hospital-based setting Work approximately half the time during night shifts, providing continuous patient coverage Intubate patients when necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage complex cases Document patient care efficiently using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ensure patient safety, stabilization, and proper handoff to next provider What You Need: Active Oregon medical license and DEA registration Board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine within 3 years (ABEM preferred) BLS, ACLS, PAL, ATLS, NRP (preferable) Willingness to work night shifts and handle intubations Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency environment About the Assignment: Join a respected hospital in Seaside, OR, that sees a steady but manageable volume of emergency cases, including high-acuity and complex patients.
