General Production Worker

Location: Biddeford, ME

Shift Availability & Pay:

• 1st Shift: $20.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: $22.00/hour

We are seeking motivated and dependable General Production Workers to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team in Biddeford, Maine. In this role, you will assist with the production and assembly of aerospace components in a clean, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.

• Assemble aerospace products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Follow quality standards and production procedures to ensure accurate and consistent results.
• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks with attention to detail.
• Inspect materials and finished products to maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Learn and apply new processes and manufacturing techniques as needed.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity.

• Starting pay of $20/hour on 1st Shift and $22/hour on 2nd Shift.
• 12 paid holidays annually.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, ME.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
