Credit Representative
HJG Staffing
Irving/Las Colinas area near 114 and Beltline Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm, must be able to work either shift and some 1/2 day Saturdays with some overtime during the week until 6pm/7pm. Overtime is all scheduled ahead of time. The Credit Representative works closely with the credit team. They call to verify information with employer's and references and dealership personnel. May also fund contracts and assist with mail & other correspondence. Purpose Driven – Has a customer service focus – internal and external. Critical Thinking / Problem Solving - can identify solutions and act to resolve using the information provided. Involves peers and leadership as needed Communication – Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and dealers. Communicates well within a Team. Technical Acumen – High level of detail and organization. Results Orientated – Works well in Team. Spots trends and shares with leadership.
