Retiree Advocate

Insight Global is seeking Retiree Advocates to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to retirees and plan participants, helping them navigate healthcare and Medicare-related questions while ensuring a positive member experience. This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position. Pay Rate: $46,800 USD per year Job Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from retirees and plan participants, providing high-level customer service and support. Assist members with healthcare, benefits, Medicare, and enrollment-related questions and concerns. Navigate member issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach. Document interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of member information. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex member inquiries and ensure positive outcomes. Educate members on available resources, programs, and healthcare options. Required Skills & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Patient, empathetic, and professional approach when assisting customers. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while speaking with members. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Life & Health Insurance License. Experience as a healthcare advocate, healthcare specialist, or benefits representative. AHIP Training and Certification. Medicare, healthcare benefits, or insurance industry experience.
