Reinsurance Business Solution Analyst

Trident Consulting is seeking a Reinsurance Business Solution Analyst for one of our clients in Reston, VA . Role: Reinsurance Business Solution Analyst . Mode of Work: Hybrid - Warren NJ Contract Need resources from East coast Must Have: A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance. Hands-on experience in SICS/Assure (DXC product) would be needed ** Need resumes with Reinsurance & SICS/ Assure Hand on Perform Business Analyst responsibilities on a large initiative to migrate to a new Reinsurance Administration application which provides a comprehensive solution across the Reinsurance lifecycle of Underwriting, Claims, and Accounting. Gathering requirements and documenting Functional Specifications and User Interface documentation. Documenting as-is business processes using Microsoft Visio. Defining and documenting to-be business processes. Acting as the liaison between Business, IT, and the Solution Implementation (SI) partner. Collaborating with internal teams for analyzing cross-functional impacts and defining integration requirements. Supporting IT and SI Partner during the technical design and development stages of the implementation. Providing support for QA testing and User Acceptance testing and defect resolution. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience. A minimum of 3 years working in Reinsurance. Hands-on experience in SICS/Assure (DXC product) would be needed Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Strong attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Strong presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on large initiatives.
