Job Title REAL ESTATE ANALYST – Friendwell Group of Companies Job Overview This role focuses on evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting detailed financial analysis, and delivering investment recommendations to management. Responsibilities Screen real estate investment deals against the company’s investment criteria. Evaluate potential land development, hotel, shopping mall, and office building acquisition opportunities by creating complex financial models. Compile and perform due diligence. Recommend investment by preparing internal investment memorandums. Prepare investment presentations for the management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field. 1 year of experience as a Real Estate Analyst.
