A day on the line

As evening rolls into Otsego, MI, you arrive for your 2nd or 3rd shift, greet your crew, and review the build specs for the night. You’ll set up your station, pull components, and get hands-on assembling products that meet exacting standards. Every unit you complete helps the team hit production goals—and positions you for a temp-to-perm career path.

What you’ll tackle

• Assemble components and finished goods to specification and quality requirements
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure every unit meets company standards
• Keep your station clean and organized to maximize safety and throughput
• Work closely with teammates to achieve hourly and daily production targets
• Immediately report equipment issues or safety concerns to your supervisor
• Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines at all times

Your toolkit

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Assembly/manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Team-first mindset with solid communication
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
