Axway, a global software company, seeks an In-House Corporate Counsel on a contract basis with remote U.S. availability. You will support the business by negotiating commercial agreements, advising on legal and compliance matters, and partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives. This role offers a 6-month contract with potential conversion to full-time, compensation at $50–$70 per hour, and the option to work remotely nationwide; an Scottsdale office is available for hybrid collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr Axway
