General neurology clients from spinal cord injury, strokes and other neurological diseases. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Physical Therapist, located in Cortland, NY. The Staff Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, deliver therapeutic interventions, and monitor patient progress. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Additional responsibilities include providing education on self-care and self-management techniques to optimize recovery outcomes. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Strong foundation in Patient Care and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and implement Home Care plans effectively and encourage follow-through. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction State licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York Experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation setting is an advantage Benefits: PTO time starts at accumulation of 152 hours/ year but can be negotiated. Holidays Days= New Years, Memorial, 4th of July, Labor, Thanksgiving and Black Friday, Christmas and 1/2-day Christmas and New Years Eve, each. 70/30 split Employer/ Employee Dental for individual.
