What You'll Do

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions that provide value and protection
• Guide clients through the insurance process from initial conversation through policy placement
• Follow up with leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales process
• Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with agency team members to deliver a positive client experience

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• Currently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (preferred)
• Experienced in insurance sales, business development, or a customer-focused sales role
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results
• A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
• Interested in building a long-term career in insurance
