About the Role:  

The Warehouse Cafe in Bonita Springs, FL is looking for an energetic and passionate Cafe Worker/Barista to join our team! If you love connecting with customers, creating good food and drinks and you thrive in a fast-paced cafe environment, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:  

• Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash and card payments
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner to ensure a positive guest experience
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory, and communicate low stock to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, counter and dining areas. 
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items, espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages to cafe standards
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment 
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

 

• Previous barista or cafe experience preferred but not required — we're happy to train the right person
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability including mornings, weekends inc. Sunday, and holidays
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
